Playboy Magazine commission peep magazine issue 8 and embark on a epic journey to locate two of the best bare knuckle fighters of their time. We photographed Dave ‘The Beast’ Radford and James ‘Gypsy Boy’ McCrory for their printed publication. We feel we were right on the edge of bare knuckle photographer and the actual sport. It really was a case of being in the right place place at the right time with this particular sport. peep never bothered with the polits of this sport and concentrated on the actual sport of boxing and the many characters it attracts. We fell very fortunate to have been involved with the birth of bare knuckle boxing within Britain and further afield. Bare knuckle photography has now captured the imagination of the world, but we were there first mixing it at grass roots levels.

We even made a little filmic documentary style piece on this particular event, where we followed two of the fighters around Nottingham and surrounding areas.
